What would be the runtime and difference for each of Gears 1-3?
The low gear, which provides 3kg thrust, will work continuously for 56 minutes.
The high gear, which provides 5kg thrust, will work continuously for 28 minutes.
The Super gear, which provides 6.5kg thrust, will work continuously for 21 minutes.
How can I install the action camera on Subnado?
Waydoo has an optional mounting ring that supports up to three ports, allowing you to easily attach a camera, spotlight, or other third-party devices to the Subnado.
Is the battery replaceable?
The battery and Subnado main body are integrated and cannot be removed or replaced.
How do you use the SUP KIT on a paddleboard?
You can use the extended ring controller for control.
How can I simultaneously control two Subnado underwater scooters beneath the SUP?
Our recommendation is to utilize the Dual-engine wired thumb controller.

Subnado underwater scooter comes with a warranty for a period of 6 months to 1 year from the date of purchase.
The Main unit has a 1-year warranty
The accessories (Twin Engine Handle Bracket, Handle Bracket, Wired Thumb Controller, Rear cover, Charger) have 6 months.
If the issue is found to be covered under the warranty, we will provide a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

What if I want to cancel my order?
