We stand by our products and offer a 14 calendar day money-back guarantee if you are located in the United States and Canada.

Suppose you are not fully happy with the products you have received. In that case, you may return them to us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

All sales are final if you purchased a Waydoo product outside of the United States and Canada. No returns or refunds will be accepted.


To be eligible for returns, the product


  • Must be undamaged, in new or like-new condition.
  • Must include all original attachments, manuals, and other accessories in the original package.


Products under the following conditions cannot be returned:

  • Do not include all original accessories, attachments, packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e.,with cracks, dents, or scratches.                                                          
  • Any product defect or damage caused by improper use of or unauthorized modification to the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.),or improper installation or operation.
  • The return request is not sent to Waydoo within 14 calendar days.

  • You have up to 14 calendar days to start your return process from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.



    • You will need to pay a 10% restocking fee on any returns.
    • We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of items in good condition.
    • We are only responsible for the shipping cost for returningthe products with manufacturing defects.
    • Items from different orders cannot be returned with the same package.
    • Please DO NOT return any damaged products unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it may delay us in resolving your issue.





    To exercise your right to return an item, you must contact us at within 14 calendar days upon receiving your order. Please send us an email stating your decision to return the item.


    Step 1   To return an item within 14 calendar days upon receiving your package, you must write to us at to confirm your intention to return the item to us.                                                

    Step 2   After we confirm your request, we will send you a return form and address. Please fill out the return form, print it out, and send it along with the original purchase receipt and the item back to the return address.


    Step 3   We will proceed with your refund within 72 hours after receiving the returned item. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used to make the order.

Please contact our support team through with the following information if you think you have received a defective product:


  • The invoice number of the purchase.
  • Your name and address.
  • A description of the defect.
  • Any further information that is reasonably requested by Waydoo to verify and support your request.
  • The courier's claim reference number and any evidencethat may help verify the item is damaged during transit. (If applicable)


If you suspect the item is damaged during transit, please file a claim with UPS before contacting the Waydoo support team. Please make sure that you save all evidence that may help verify your case.


Our support team will verify your request. We will provide you its replacement if it is determined that the product is indeed defective from the factory or in transit. We will cover the shipping cost for returning the defective product and shipping the replacement.
