ORDER & PAYMENT POLICY

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When you place an order through us.waydootech.com, you will receive an email with a confirmation number and order summary within two business days.

All orders are processed within seven business days after the order is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER

If you would like to change or cancel the order, please email us at onlinesales@waydootech.com or message us via Facebook Messenger as soon as you can. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

TRACKING ORDERS

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please check shipment status via https://www.17track.net/en
