No Factory Support. 🤬

Purchased 2 Subnados. One works, one does not. Zero customer support. Company refuses to honor warranty. Beware!

Battery trouble

My battery takes over 2 hours to charge. I've emailed them on this but no reply. Also I can't seem to register this for my warrenty
