SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING INFORMATION
After you have successfully placed your order on Waydootech.com, your order will be confirmed within 2 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email containing order details.
If your tracking information has not been updated within 7 business days, please contact sales@waydootech.com
SHIPMENT PROCESSING
For the United States region, your order will be shipped via UPS (air freight) or FedEx from our US warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days with FREE SHIPPING.
For the Australian region, your order will be shipped via UPS (air freight), FedEx or DHL from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China. The estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days, available to every state in Australia.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
