Very powerful great product

Unfortunately I wrote my last review based on the experience I had from the first 2 units I got that came in a full package, not an individual unit. I ordered 2 and both that I got were used and older models that did not work. They had 2 different firmware packs from a year apart. In order to get replacements I spent over a week with after care and tech support without even being able to put them in the water. 4 days ago I recived my replacement, the first was a obviously returned unit and the second unit came with its owners manual, charger cord, and paper cover that connects at the cable port. Both units arrived damaged again this time. Now they charge and turn on, but will only work with dual chargers, neither will work with a single charger, and the older models battery dies while the other battery still had 3 lights on. I would not recomend buying a single unit. I have not recived a proper working one yet. The packages that come with all accessories have newer units with updated firmware. It might cost more, but if I had it to do over again, I would buy those than deal with this headache. And anytime I have tried to update the firmware, including takinging it to a computer store, they couldn't update it, and tech support couldn't do it either. Be aware customer support and after care are in China. This means one communication a day, and if you need tech support you will have to schedule it for after 10pm est. I am very disappointed that out of 6 units, only 2 work correctly, and I had to beg for these broken replacements, and im sure ill have to beg and jump through hoopes to fix it this time too. And they were replaced under warenty not exchange, even though the original units were never used. Now I am waiting for someone to contact me about just returning these 2 so I can order 2 new full sets. I still love the working product, just make sure you're works correctly right away. If they fix this issue I will update my reviews. The top 2 in the Pic are from my 2 packages, #1 and #2 on the bottom are 2 different models and are also different models from the top.
