Propeller is stuck when turning

Phenomenon: The propeller rotates stuck, but other functions are normal.

Solution: Guide the user to upgrade the V2.15 ESC firmware to solve the problem.

Please update the V2.15 version firmware for Electronice Speed Control, will fix the problem.

If the user does not have the computer required to upgrade the firmware, please refer to the solution as follows.

The propeller could be repeatedly rotated several times to restore the normal state.

First please turn off the Subnado, then unscrew the rear cover of Subnado clockwise, then apply more force to rotate the propeller.

The propeller does not turn

Phenomenon: Press the trigger, the propeller does not rotate or rotates occasionally.

Solution: The issue may be caused by the poor contact of the throttle interface or the thumb wired controller (or handle bracket) is faulty.

First check whether it is caused by poor contact of the throttle interface, if not, replace the thumb wired controller (or handle bracket) for the user.

The troubleshooting steps are as follows.

First please check whether there is boot sound when Subnado is turned on? If there is boot sound, it means that the Subnado main unit is good, the problem may be caused by poor contact between the main unit and the thumb wired controller.

[2] Turn off Subnado and unplug the thumb wired controller, then check whether the 4 circular metal contacts of Subnado for water or corrosion? Please wipe the 4 contacts with tissue or clean soft cloth dipped in alcohol, and take a photo of the contacts after cleaning.

[3] Please check whether the 4 metal pins of the thumb wired controller was stuck or not? If the pins was stuck, please use a small tool such as toothpick to set the pins back to its normal state, and take a photo of the pins after checked.

[4] Turn off the Subnado, unplug and plug the thumb wired controller for 3 to 5 times, and make sure the waterproof cover is rotated to the fixed position (as shown below), and then power on the Subnado to test whether it work well.

At last, if you have other the thumb wired controller (or handle bracket) or Subnado main unit, please try to do a cross test to check whether the thumb wired controller or Subnado main unit has problem.

The propeller will rotate without pressing the trigger

Phenomenon: The propeller rotates automatically when the trigger is not pressed.

Solution: It may be that there is water between the throttle interface of the Subnado main unit and the controller, or the thumb wired controller (or handle bracket) is faulty.

First check whether there is water between the throttle interface, and whether there are strong magnetic substances or facilities in the surrounding environment. If not, replace the thumb wired controller (or handle bracket) for the user.

The troubleshooting steps are as follows.

Check whether the throttle interface of the Subnado main unit and the controller have water ingress.

1) Turn off the Subnado, unplug the controller, clean the throttle interface of the Subnado main unit, and wipe off the moisture, then turn on the Subnado, connect the controller, and check whether the trigger control returns to normal.

2) Install the controller on other Subnado main unit for testing to see if there is the same phenomenon.

2. Check the surrounding environment for interference from magnetic substances.

Please stay away from magnetic substances or facilities, and then confirm whether the trigger control returns to normal.

After the above investigation, if it is confirmed that the thumb wired controller (or handle bracket) is faulty, please replace for the user.

The trigger is stuck and cannot rebound

Phenomenon: The trigger is stuck in the pressed position and cannot automatically rebound to return to the normal position.

Solution: It may be that the trigger is broken by the impact, or sundries objects such as sand enter the trigger, causing the trigger to be stuck and unable to rebound.

Guide the user to check whether sand or other sundries matter has entered the trigger to block the trigger, and whether the trigger has been impacted. If not, replace the thumb wired controller (or handle bracket) for the user.

The waterproof cover is missing

Phenomenon: Some users reported that they lost the waterproof cover and hoped to buy the replacement of waterproof cover.

Solution: Guide users to buy the replacement of waterproof cover.

Use of propeller

If the propeller is involved in debris, especially hard objects, the high-speed rotating propeller blades will be damaged. Users should pay attention to prevent debris from being involved in the propeller during daily use, so as to avoid damage to the propeller or cause other problems. If there are sundries, stop using it in time, and take out the sundries in the off state.
